Where Healing Happens at the Heart of History
Surrounded by the charm and legacy of historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, our 102-bed nursing and rehabilitation center offers more than expert care… it offers a true sense of community, comfort, and pride. At The Gardens at Gettysburg for Nursing and Rehabilitation, we provide short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care in a single-story, fully accessible setting with no steps or elevators. With all resident rooms located on one open floor and a thoughtful design shaped like an X, caregivers can see every resident door from the central hub, making our care both personal and proactive.
Proudly Serving Those Who Served
As a VA-approved facility, we’re proud to serve veterans with dignity and respect, with many VA-covered residents currently calling our center home. Stars, stripes, and service are part of our daily rhythm, with red, white, and blue proudly represented throughout our campus.
a central hub of life and laughter
At the very heart of our community is Center Court, a spacious, open activity hub where something is always happening. Whether it’s Sunday worship with the same beloved pastor of 40 years, regular Catholic services, or live music under the disco ball, this bright, lively space brings people together. Just steps away is the chandelier dining room: our grand, open gathering space where meals and memories are shared.
Food service here is personal. There are no trays or long cafeteria lines. Instead, meals are plated fresh from a hot steam cart and served table-to-table in the dining room or delivered right to your door.
